Go Fast or Go Home it's Roadkill Nights 2018

It's the second week of August in Pontiac MI. That means one thing. It's time for legal drag racing on the iconic Woodward Avenue. Roadkill Nights at M1concourse in Pontiac is the total car festival for car lovers.

Racers from all over made their way to Pontiac to take down the returning champ Gary Box from Cleveland, Ohio and his Box Performance Inc BoxVette. This year they had two classes big tire and small tire. The crew from GOFAST Productions from the Grand Rapids area showed up this year with some heavy hitters taking the champ out in big tire with Jimmer Kline in his 66 GTO winning big tire and his son Jim Kline III in his Chevy Arcadian taking third.  Gary Box due to early issues had to modify his Boxvette and still took home second in big tire.  Cory Box Gary's son about finishing second said "We are already for next year"!

The final eight was not ran in both classes  due to rain. Winner was based on fastest time.  List for both classes final eight can be found at Roadkill.com

Roadkill Offers something for everyone. The cars that show up are always unique, This year we had some awesome cars from the Prius Hellcat and the Dirty 30 Ratrod. The Cobra with a driver in his mid 70s still taking out the field.

Dodge offers thrill ride drift runs and track runs on M1 Champion raceway. And the Show N Shine was top notch as always.
